DENVER, COLORADO East Denver Lodge No. 160 had its beginning as a Masonic Club which was formed on October 3, 1923 and met in the basement of the Clayton Community Church at 28th and York Streets. Eventuaily the gymnasium of the church, after a few necessary alterations, became the home of the lodge.
EDGEWATER, COLORADO While several of the craft were attending a P.T.A. meeting at Edgewater in the Little Red School House on the Hill, one of them advanced the brilliant idea: “Say fellows, why wouldn’t this room make a good place to hold a Masonic Lodge?”

AURORA, COLORADO On April 7, 1922, M.W. Bro. Marshall H. Van Fleet issued a dispensation to 28 Master Masons to hold a lodge under the name of Aurora Lodge U. D. From that time until September, 1922, Aurora Lodge held 14 regular communications and elected 14 to receive the degrees.
